BumbleJax is the way to go for Acrylic Printing. I live in Montana and have done business with them now a few times. They are always very quick to respond to any questions I have, and have given me great advice on pieces I had questions on. My first experience with Bumblejax was a delightful one and because of that they have another customer. Their customer service is top notch and the quality of their prints is second to none. I highly recommend their services to any artist looking to create high quality prints either for themselves or their business.

The customer service here is worth it's weight in gold and the final product would make any artist happy. The shipping time is something to keep in mind especially if you are sending in your own works instead of having Bumblejax print them. I was worried when I received my box and it was so damaged it looked like it was falling apart but since they wrapped my pieces as if they were preparing them for war everything turned out fine as my art wasn't damaged at all. This time around I purchased an acrylic print but I can't wait to try the other products they have including bamboo.

BumbleJax provides some unique items that are of great quality. Elegant Exposures of Spring Hill, Florida ordered the acrylic and metal prints as well as a block print. These items were amazing! The metal print is so much better quality then ones I've ordered from other companies. We look forward to a long working relationship with BumbleJax! We HIGHLY recommend them!!

This is an edited review. I ordered a proof of an acrylic face mount that I didn't really care for. The service and turnaround were great, I just didn't like the way that particular image came out. Well, the folks at BumbleJax just knocked my socks off with great service and kindness. They simply refused to let me not be impressed with their product. On faith, I ordered a second piece and I really like it! They've made a believer out of me and I'll not hesitate to order from them again. Rest assured that the quality is good and that they truly go the extra mile to make things right. Then again, maybe they're just in a good mood because of the Seahawks? Either way, thank you!

My experience with Bumblejax has been outstanding. From using their website for placing my order, to interacting with their online chat support, to receiving a phenomenal product. The folks at Bumblejax obviously take great pride in their work. After receiving my first 30” x 20” acrylic mount print, I liked it so much that I immediately purchased a second (15” x 10” acrylic mount print) which I received today. It was, once again, outstanding! It arrived packaged with great care, and ready to hang. I'm very eager to buy two more (36” by 24” or larger prints) and know that the results will be even more wonderful. If you have not used Bumblejax yet, I highly suggest that you find that favorite high resolution photograph and you send it in now to be printed on metallic paper, and then acrylic mounted. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful products and amazing customer service! After receiving my acrylic print, I found one issue that I contacted their support team about. Minutes after emailing them, Corey responded and sorted everything out. Corey also took the time to explain the rare cause of my situation and was extremely helpful. Overall, I am VERY happy with their products and their fantastic customer service. This being my first experience with BumbleJax, I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional print lab, especially their acrylic services!
