    I spoke to a sales rep prior to ordering; I was satisfied with all aspects of the process, especially how quickly I received my picture that was wrapped very protectively. I am very pleased with the quality of the picture. I am looking for the same process but with a high gloss/shiny finish - I don't see that in Bumblejax offerings.

    Hi thanks for the order and the feedback! If you're looking for more of a glossy look we recommend our acrylic face mount product. The acrylic enhances the images and make it pop a bit more. Our other products provide a softer more matte look. I don't see any communication from you over live chat or email, so it must have been a phone call.
