The produce is amazing! The packaging was excellent. The only item (which did not bother me because it was on the backside) was one corner was damaged. It must have been dropped prior to packaging. There is no way it could have been damaged during shipping the way it was wrapped. The box was in perfect condition and items arrived with excessive bubble wrap in perfect condition. That is a minor item for me but something you might want to look into for future shipments.

Thanks for the feedback! We take great care as you can see in packaging our prints but there are times (thankfully rare) when our packages are abused in the shipping process. We have strict QA policies in place so I'd be very surprised if if this left our shop with any damage even if on the back. We have seen damage to our prints with no visible box damage. While it appears the damage doesn't bother you since it's on the back feel free to contact us for a 20% off coupon should you decide to order from us again.

Pictures I submitted I was informed by other places could not be enlarged to the size I was hoping for. BUMBLEJAX did it though and the pictures were clear as glass. They look awesome hung on our wall. Thank you again! I highly recommend you have your project done with them. You won't be disappointed!

I think the price is a bit high meaning I have to mark up quite a bit for my clients. I wish shipping was included or at least 2-3 days vs. 7 days. Would love a faster turn around altogether. However, Customer Service was excellent thought!! The product itself is excellent. Very beautiful!

Throw in our photographer program pricing and volume discounting and you'll likely find our pricing (for products using the exact same process) some of the best in the industry.
