They also really knew their stuff! They made an acrylic print for me that turned out even better than I could have imagined. The photo shines almost as if it's being lit from behind.

I had a phone photo that I wanted in a larger size; after getting advice from them about the decreased image clarity I decreased the size to their recommendation and I am so pleased with the result. I recently ordered an acrylic print from Bumblejax. The print was so well wrapped and protected in bubble wrap that the seam wasn't even initially visable. I'd never seen such a careful and thorough job! Well done I say. Whenever we unwrapped the print and peeled off the protective film all we could say was "Wow" and sort of laugh and squeal with delight. The image looked absolutely awesome! We ordered "1/4" with metallic paper and polished edges. The print arrived with a sturdy nail and hook. The wire set up on the back of the picture was more than sturdy enough to hang the picture. I had a couple of phone calls with one of the staff at Bumblejax and thought he was great. Thanks for making us smile Bumblejax!

After having heard great recommendations about Bumble Jax for years I decided to give them a try.. Feeling bold, I went for a large size at 24x36. After the order went into production, I received an email from customer service saying that after making the print they could see a "dust speck on the sensor artifact" that showed up in the sky. They asked if I would like them to fix it and then pay to reprint the image before it was face mounted to the acrylic. I enthusiastically said yes, given that the artifact would be a painful distraction and by stopping the production they ultimately saved me from having to redo the entire project at a much higher cost. That is top quality customer service. I appreciate that they reached out and as a result the final image was perfect.The color reproduction was perfect and the sharpness of the output truly impressive. The packing was high quality making it clear they know how to avoid packing failures. I will not hesitate to reuse their service in the future. As a professional photographer, I cannot make a higher recommendation.Please note: The Iphone photos displayed with this review cannot do it justice. The 2 large format acrylic prints turned out as well as I would have expected. The color match with my calibrated monitor seems to be on point and the wood and wire mount are more than enough for these 40”x19” and 36”x 29” mounted prints. . When I have another photograph worthy of being printed, I think I will order an even larger print using the glare resistant acrylic because the location of room lights can be distracting.
