I had a print acrylic photo mounted by them and was astounded by the speed and quality of the work. There was a crop issue with the final product and I expressed my disappointment in there after sales survey.
To my complete surprise I was contacted by *** in their customer service department wanting to know what the exact issue was. He did not start by lecturing me on how it was my entire fault but asked what he could do to fix it. After corresponding with him for a very short time he made a suggestion that I resend the image and he would make any corrections for free. I resent the image and followed his on-line instructions. In a few minutes I had the new order confirmation.
This entire process floored me. What a company. As anyone reading this can imagine I will send all my future mountings to Bumblejax. It feels so good to be able to trust a company with not only your work but your peace of mind.
