I placed an order with Bumblejax to get a feel for their products and services while on the hunt for a printing company to use for my business.

I simply can't say enough about how impressed I am both with the product and level of service. I had a tight turn around for a client and was most impressed with how quickly the order was shipped and the fact that it made it in time for the companies grand opening.

The acrylic piece was being shipped internationally which was also a concern but the piece arrived so securely packaged that it was evident to see this company probably doesn't see too many damaged orders.

I haven't tried all of their print services (yet) but highly recommend them.

I made an order with Bumblejax. After one week I checked in with them about the work and they hadn't begun. They did create the print and mount that day- and ship it, which was great, but I would have preferred that kind of service before I had to ask for it.

Maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere but I have looked into the order and the order did go out within our standard production time of 4-6 business days. It went out on the 5th production day and I don't see a rush option on the order. At any rate we're glad you received the order on time and hopefully are thrilled with the purchase! The craftsmanship of a face mount proof and satin print and metallic print was fantastic. I've already had the
two prints framed for two young people.
I love the tracking of the package, right up to telling me
it was at my doorstep.
The acrylic was extremely well protected.
I am completely satisfied!
