I would have quite a hard time as a professional photographer looking for a way to display my wilderness photography in such a minimalism way if not for BumbleJax. My orders are always handled competently and quickly. stunning results every time I Order an acrylic face mount print, that is what will keep me coming back for more no matter what.

Uploading images, size requirements and options. We wanted the largest size you offer for our project - this was an option prior to uploading our image but then after uploading it was greyed out. We guessed that the image wasn't big enough so only after a few trial and errors and some guess work did we manage to upload it and have the size option become available. Would be good to have a pop up saying our image was too small, or some easy to follow guidelines prior to uploading. Apart from that it was great, fast turn around, excellent finished product, exactly what we expected from images and examples provided online. I would definately use you again for projects and have already refered you to friends.

I was happy with your customer service help because I had a few questions and you answered them all well. Shipping and packaging were both done fine. I expected the picture to pop a bit more and didn't realize the white border in the picture would be included (dumb I know but I thought it would go flush to the end) . I'll recommend you however I will say to a prospective buyer be careful which picture you choose to use, make sure it's potential to look great is high if you are enlarging it.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you're not 110% satisfied! You make a great point "to be careful which picture you choose." We can only assume that the file we receive from a customer is exactly the way they want it printed unless otherwise instructed. Some people prefer to have a border, some don't but we must be notified in order to remove something from an image or initiate a crop otherwise we'd have many unhappy customers on our hands. The only situation where we will contact a customer before printing is if we feel there isn't enough resolution to produce a quality print. We do have minimum requirements for resolution within our online ordering system, but sometimes the file has been degraded too much through editing, repeated saves, etc. In this case we'll contact the customer, but not in cases such as borders, captions, cropping, etc. Regarding the "image pop" yes metallic paper will always provide more pop than our standard satin paper, but it's more pronounced with our acrylic face mount product. You might try that product next time around with the metallic paper. This combo produces the most pop for your images particularly those with vibrant colors.
