We placed 2 separate orders. Both arrived timely, well packed to avoid damage. We weren't disappointed. We've received many favorable comments fr the display of the acrylic/plexiglass photos. Our only regret I'd not ordering in a larger size. Those ordered by a family member in a size over 5 feet wide are extremely impressive.

All around, this was a great experience. The product quality is top notch, the service was excellent, even the packaging for delivery was above expectation. The only drawback for me is the pricing--a bit too high after a first-time purchase. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Bumblejax to anyone, especially to people who intend to resell their work. Your customers will be very pleased.

We will admit our acrylic, bamboo and aluminum products are not cheap particularly with an upgrade to metallic paper, but we feel we are very competitive on price with this type of specialized photo mounting. There are companies that may do it a bit cheaper, but we have found you get what you pay for and we hear that from customers. We feel our commitment to quality and customer service can't be matched. We have thrown away quite a few prints making sure we get it right and in the rare event it isn't right we make it right :) We are interested in life long customers that trust we'll be there for them. Wow! Everything came out even better than I would have imagined. I used the aluminum backing which is a unique and modern looking way to mount the pictures. Only one issue is that a mounting block on the back of one of my pictures detached the first night I hung the picture.

Hi, thanks for the review! We appreciate the feedback to let us know how we're doing. We're thrilled you're pleased with your print, but of course very sorry one of your mounting blocks detached. This is an extremely rare occurrence since the industrial tape we use is so strong it's been used in place of screws, welding and rivets in construction. Once the material has bonded correctly, it will never fail but in this case obviously it never bonded properly. Most likely enough pressure wasn't applied after applying the blocks. Fortunately, it's an easy fix by re-adhering and applying pressure and then waiting 72hrs before hanging, but we also mentioned we'd be happy to redo it at no cost if you prefer. Again, apologies this happened to you.

I tried BumbleJax for the first time when a client wanted a series of prints for a high-end furniture showroom that would stand out and look stunning and original. We were all extremely pleased with the results. The finished product is flawless and hangs beautifully from the wall and offers the eye a relief from the framed artwork that has filled our spaces.
