They accommodated my request and when, and I quote “Our acrylic vendor sent us the wrong acrylic at first so thought I’d throw the non-glare piece in the package as well.” Now I have a picture of my son’s beagle. They made sure I was aware of the progress of my order and they checked back to make sure everything was ok. I will recommend and use them again.
