(Dianna even contacted me when they found an artifact on one of the the files during printing and permitted me to send a new file to correct the problem . . . now THAT'S customer service!) Packaging was perfectly done and both pictures were fully protected against damage during shipment. A great experience from my initial order to receipt of the finished products. My photos were taken to a higher level by Bumblejax - I will recommend them to my photographer friends and I will most definitely use their services in the future.
