This is one of those times in life, you have a company before you and see the quality is excellent. I'm investing into my own business for my next show in a very big way based on the amazing one after one large perfect plexi pieces they've produced. I went with metallic prints, 30 inches for all images, I look forward to a great show, thanks!

My acrylics arrived and they are truly stunning! Please see attached photos. All three of my kids said "Oh man those are awesome can I get one in my room?" We settled it by hanging all three in the kids' lounge area (see attached photos).

I must admit I was nervous to place this order due to the expense relative to buying an off-the-shelf frame at **** (which I was considering) and my lack of knowledge about photography. I just wasn't sure if they would look good. Your excellent customer service got me through that and I could not be more thrilled. This was a fantastic investment. Kudos to Bumblejax!!!

Very good customer support. I tried to start a chat over the weekend and there wasn't a response. Not much time passed when I received an email apology for missing me and asking if I still had questions.

I received the print and extremely satisfied with quality. I will be coming back!

My only issue was turn around time and shipping. There have been a ton of weather events so that could have caused the delays. I think my disappointment was receiving a "Your order has shipped" and looking at the tracking 3 days later to find it hadn't left Washington State.

Again, not sure if it was an expectation that I had that was not met, weather related, or just how it was meant to be, but somewhere along the line I was disappointed with that part of the transaction.

That said, the parts that are most important were spot on.

Hi, thank you so much for the review. We're thrilled you loved the print. I reviewed your communication with us and apologize for the miss on live chat. We did indeed respond via email and got a response from you, but there was not specific inquiry regarding shipping or we would have called FedEx for you immediately to find out what happened. You are right with severe weather all across the East Coast we have had several delayed shipments and inaccurate tracking reports as a result. I wish there was something we could do outside of inquiring on where the package is and an ETA on when the new arrival date is, but it's out of our hands and entirely up to Mother Nature and FedEx. We hope to deliver you another print during times of cooperating weather!
