Easy ordering. Did not need to access customer support. I love my bamboo print, it makes a favorite photo become a showpiece of artwork - impressed by the finish and the quality of the piece. My only issue is that I thought I was going to mount it landscape orientation, but the hardware came in portrait orientation. It actually looks great hung in portrait, and I'm not sure if it was something I chose in the ordering process that lead to hardware install, or not. I'll just be sure to make any notes during an order in the future. I have already recommended Bumblejax to several friends looking for a "different" way to display their photographs.

Hi, thank you for your review and referrals! Please know that we produce these exactly as they are uploaded to the site. There is a "rotate" function below the image in order to change the orientation or you can contact us to orient in a different way from how it was uploaded.
