I love how my photo came out. I was able to email the file ahead of time and ask questions about the size a quality of the file as well as get a recommendation for the metallic photo paper. The person responded quickly and was very helpful. The communication about process as well and when the package will arrive was excellent.

I have ordered two products and had the same reaction when I opened the box. First, racing heart beat because I forgot to take the blue protective covering off. Next, I said "wow" at least 8 times. I am very pleased with the products this company creates, the customer service, and the incrediblly fast service. The products are on the expensive side but I am willing to pay for very high quality.
