Support Agent, Dianna, was fantastic in assisting me in creating the final photo with just right amount of a black border that would satisfy the bleeding for the 1/8” acrylic. My first experience with Bumblejax was a unique one but great and is a true testament they put customer service at the forefront of their business let alone their product outputs. In my case their support service was put to the test with a FedEx truck catching on fire with my prints in them. Obviously not Bumblejax’s fault but they were with me every step of the way to ensure my prints were not damaged and even reimbursed me for the shipment out of their own doing. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Great acrylic prints!

Ordered a sample kit and several custom acrylic prints here. Great quality, they communicated well, and completed my order super fast! I am local so I picked up my order at their shop and saved on shipping. They wrapped the prints very carefully and I was very happy with how they turned out. I will definitely be working with them again.
