I've ordered several items from them and have been very impressed with the quality of the prints and even simple things like framing and hanging hardware. My first order was a year ago - a 36" square print on aluminum that was pricey for sure but well worth it. Then just last month I ordered 3 7x7" prints on acrylic that again - the quality of the print work was incredible and the hardware for hanging/installation was extremely easy to use - no tools needed. I'll definitely continue to place orders through bumblejax every time I'm looking for prints to hang up.

I am a dog rescuer. At the end of my 15 years doing rescue, I have photos that mean much to me. Bumblejax advised and helped me create prints of special dogs and dog/people combinations. I have used their metal, wood, canvas, acrylic, and art gallery backings and like them all. I really like that they are willing to help me enhance my original photos (black labrador faces are just hard to get good definition!) before printing. Their prints adorn my home's walls and bring me great joy.

Just received my latest product from Bumblejax and was extremely pleased as usual. Over the years I've ordered acrylic, acrylic blocks, raw aluminum, and dibond, and all have appeared to be museum quality. They have a very contemporary look that really stands out in your home. I was surprised! I left thefilm on but i can tell these are going to look beautiful...better than iexpected....my wife was also happy. She cant wait till i hang them, so shecan see these without the film. I really appreciate all the effort thatwent into making these just GORGEOUS!!!! They immediately captivated meand brought back memories to both of us! We could almost sense Hawaiicalling to us.......the longer picture of the multi-colored tree was in thebox and we love it!!!! I'm the kind of guy that likes to interface with representatives, meaning i call to get info and questions answered. So they helped me understand all the pros and cons of the different photo processes out there for acrylic prints. I spoke with 2 reps at different times at great lengths, so i could make the right decisions. Over email, many many emails, they helped me with the many images i uploaded, to choose the ones that would be the most effective....they even have editing software that they used to give the pics the best pop! To get an understanding of how the colors would look on one of my images i took in Hawaii, they sent me, for a small fee, an acrylic proof. Seeing this proof was a game changer for me, so i kinda knew i wanted to work with these guys. The colors were so rich and vibrant ...i have the proof sitting here at work and i get great feedback on how rich the colors look. These guys at BumbleJax were so helpful! It's the sum of all the little extra things they did for me that convinced me that i wanted to work with this company. Sure i paid more than i could have paid, it i feel it was worth it, because they took a lot of guessing and wondering out of the equation. In the end, i got pictures i'm REALLY happey with. I was very pleased with the acrylic prints from BumbleJax. The images are sharp and the colors are accurate and vibrant. BumbleJax charges a little more than some alternatives but they got everything right the first time (and they have a great redo/refund policy if anything is not right). I'd definitely order from them again.

Really happy with the quality of the acrylic print I purchased from BumbleJax. It's very well done, looks really sharp and is a focal point of my room. I liked the options available for the print; size, edge type & color, as that helped make it look great even from an angle. I also got good advice from their customer service to get feedback on what print type and color of acrylic would work best. This helped me to confirm I made the right choices for my acrylic print. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a relatively large acrylic with metallic film a few months ago. The support staff at Bumblejax was extremely responsive and helped me make selections. Fantastic company to work with. They worked with me on shipping and pricing for our first order. Had an oversized custom print on acrylic made by these guys and it's beautiful. The crate showed up via fedex and the artwork was immaculately packaged. There was a delay in shipping because of a winter storm and these guys sent me a follow up email just to let me know what was going on.Really impressed with the product, the customer service and general professionalism. These guys are legit.

Ordered a sample kit and several custom acrylic prints here. Great quality, they communicated well, and completed my order super fast! I am local so I picked up my order at their shop and saved on shipping. They wrapped the prints very carefully and I was very happy with how they turned out. I will definitely be working with them again.
