Overall service and quality are outstanding. My only thoughts on improvement relates to non standard sizes; I shoot lots of panoramics so I always need to get a quote before I order. It's an additional step that I'd like to avoid if possible, so either an online cost calculator based on sq inches and mount would be great, even if it were only available to those of us who have accounts. Alternatively, building a 'personal pricelist' within the account would be helpful...

The product was great, but the edges were a little rough not fuses together evenly. Other than that, the paper was great, and so was the mount on the back. Delivery system was awesome. Good tracking system. I will recommend you, and I will order again from you. Thank you.

I loved your customer service.
The framing is excellent.
The timing was excellent.
I did not like the print quality, almost sent it back.
Next time I will need to either send my own from another company or take the time and extra cash to get a proof.
This is somewhat disappointing.

First of all, thanks for the great review on everything but the color of the print :) You mentioned to us in your email that you were hoping it would match what you printed on your own printer and showed your client. Unfortunately it's nearly impossible to exactly match your output on our end. We have in our terms and conditions that if you want to match an existing print exactly, to please order a proof first or send your print. We have recommended you do this if you decide to order in the future. As I mentioned in your email we want you to be happy with your experience so that next time it's a full 5 stars :) We sent you a code for 50% off your next order. Thanks for the feedback! We are considering adding another more prominent notice about exact color matching to avoid this situation in the future.

(Update 4/9/13) I just wanted to make a note here based on your additional feedback to us that ultimately your client was thrilled with the print and noticed no difference. This is worth mentioning that despite not achieving a 100% color match, the print looked great and was sold. That being said, our offer of 50% off on your next still stands.
