    FIrst, communication. Critical was the ability of Corey and B-Jax staff to work with me to get the exact product that I desired. We discussed my photo adjustments, made the adjustments, then proofed them. That led to a second generation of adjustments after the proofing. There was never a dropped ball in this back and forth interaction. The final product obtained was exactly what I wanted.

    Second, prompt service. I never felt that action was delayed. Rather it was quick.

    Last, smiles and service demeanor was great. Courtesy is important and Corey and his staff delivered.
