    Overall the experience was easy and pain free to order the picture.

    However there was an issue with the quality of the back wall mounting kit. after the picture was hanged, on the second day, one of the 2 wooden planks unglued with the picture almost falling onto the floor if it wasn't for the second wooden plank still holding in place.

    We are very sorry this happened to you. Our adhesive is rated to hold very heavy weights and is used in building construction. What I think happened in this case is that it was not burnished properly by our team. We have checks and balances in place to make sure every piece is constructed properly but looks like we dropped the ball on this one so my sincere apology. Our support team isn't aware of any communication with you regarding this issue, so please contact us at your earliest convenience to make sure we take care of you whether that be replacement or a fix kit.     Just received my first 24" x 32" acrylic print with 1/4-inch acrylic on metallic paper. I was a little worried because the image was shot with a 35mm digital camera and the printed image had a marginal resolution of 145 pixels per inch. But the finished product looks terrific! I could not be happier with the result.

    The print was delivered on schedule, ready to hang. And the hanging material was top notch!

    I highly recommend BumbleJax. I followed up this "test" order with a second order for several additional prints in the thousands of dollars.

    My only hope is that soon, polished edges will be offered as an acrylic upgrade.

    This was my first experience using BumbleJax. I saw their web site and it was so thorough and professional
    it sold me. I was preparing for a photo show and wanted to put one of my photos under acrylic. I'm thrilled with the results. The color is exactly how my computer showed it and their staff helped me along the way very patiently.
