The acrylic product was everything I had expected. Great quality, wrapped well, easy mounting system. Looks great. I wish there was a discount for printing/mounting the same print multiple times - canvas printers do this and I would typically order more than 1 print with each order - but there is no discount for additional copies of the same print - which is too bad.

I found Bumblejax through Yelp. Everybody wrote that they were the best. After ordering a few prints, I think they are better than the best!
They are professional, friendly, helpful, understanding. They solve the problems without giving you any guilt feeling. They do their best to help you. And prints are just gorgeous!
You just want everybody to be like Bumblejax!

We offer 10% off on a first order as well as ongoing discounts for regular customers.

I have had a completely positive experience with Bumblejax. They respond quickly and by their responses I can tell that they are focusing on details and on my needs. Bumblejax' excellent customer service includes accuracy - which means all the difference for my work. Beautiful product, excellent service.

I encountered a minor glitch with my order. Resolved with Bumblejax over the phone with online confirmation promptly and cheerfully.

Problem with Fed Ex: I knew I wouldn't be home and contacted Fed EX both on line and by phone to make alternate delivery plans. Fed Ex was cheerful and assured me delivery would automatically be delayed. Wrong: the order sat outside over the weekend.

The acrylic print is stunning and the quality is impressive. The picture is of a vibrant blue iceberg with a black background and really "pops" with the BumbleJax reproduction. It received many WOWs at a craft show.

However the hanger is a wire between two thick pieces of wood. This is not the same quality of the print. I had expected a sleek cleat.

I am giving a rating of 4 stars because I love the print but am disappointed in the hanger. I would definitely use BumbleJax again but would call to make sure I got a more attractive hanger.

Hi, thanks for the feedback and we're glad you loved the most important part of the piece - your image behind the acrylic! On the other hand, sorry you didn't like the hanging/floating on the back. We have received quite a bit of feedback from customers over the years that they love how easy it is to hang the piece and float from the wall using our system. It may not be the sleekest look in the world, but it provides our customers with a quick no tools required hanging/floating system and none of it can be seen once it's up on the wall.

We don't mention anywhere on the site that we offer a cleat system, but we do offer custom cleat hanging for several photographers who are displaying their work in galleries (since some galleries require it). We can certainly do this for you in the future, but the cleat system is a bit more expensive and quite a bit more work to hang. If you'd like to try the cleat system we'll upgrade you at no charge on your next order.

In the near future we will also integrate the cleat hanging option into our online ordering system so customers are more aware this is an option and what the advantages/disadvantages are.
