I was blown away by the incredible quality and beautiful craftsmanship of my acrylic block. The acrylic block, paired with the metallic paper is basically magic. The whole experience from ordering, to shipping, to communication from Bumblejax the whole way through was an absolute delight. Bumblejax has made a customer for life out of me. Just Brilliant.

I had a large format fine art image printed on 35"x40" Dibond and it came out perfectly.

But what sets Bumblejax apart is the amazing customer service. The image was packed very carefully in a super padded and well protected box. However, the shipping company still managed to drop it (looks like from a three story building!) and the corner bent almost 30 degrees. The image was ruined.

I contact Bumblejax customer support and sent a few smartphone pictures, and they processed an order for a new replacement image immediately. They had the art expedited and it was out for delivery in a few days.

Bumblejax contacted the shipping company and they picked up the damaged image and that was that! Bumblejax handled everything for me.

My new image arrived in a unnecessarily (but appreciated) overly fortified box, and the image was perfect! It now hangs in its place in my gallery in all its Bumblejax Dibond glory!
