If there was a way to get an idea how the piece will turn out it would take away the anxiety about the file sent. Maybe a sample print.

The overall quality of the product is very good. Acrylic used is great quality, and printing quality is top notch. Professional backing using excellent materials - and no bubbles/hairs stuck inside the acrylic. Customer service was great. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is the mounting hardware on the back looks very unprofessional - two sticks of ugly wood with a poorly wrapped finger-poking wire. They could have used the better quality plastic-lined wire to avoid finger pokes, and used something other than the wood sticks. Next time, I will order without any wire mount on the back, and do that part myself.

Hi, thank you very much for trying our product and glad to hear the print quality and mounting was to your satisfaction. As for the floater blocks and hanging wire we really feel that while it may not be a more modern looking aluminum float frame, it offers the greatest solution of form, function and price which ultimately isn't seen on the wall. These aren't cheap sticks, but rather kiln dried, vertical grain doug fir blocks. The wood/wire solution provides a fast hang solution with no tools required. I have never heard from a customer being poked by the wire after doing many thousands of these so I'm not entirely sure what is going on there. Using a plastic wrapped wire wouldn't work with our hanging hardware. Another option might be to have us do a french cleat system for you and eliminate the hanging wire completely. If you'd like to give us another shot let us know you'd prefer that and we can accommodate you there. It's possible we could even stain the doug fir blocks for you as well to give it a bit more finished look or you could consider doing that yourself to get the exact color you're looking for. I am very satisfied with the website, ordering process, and quality of the product.
I am starting a photography business, so pricing is crucial. I have also ordered from *** and it seems products are equal, but there pricing for products and for shipping is better. (even with volume discounts from both companies) I would rather keep my business in the US, so I'm wondering if you would match their prices or better. I do think their mounting system if cleaner and more professional looking.
