I ordered a large acrylic panel from Bumblejax based on an image I supplied them. Was straightforward to order, and the acrylic print came back with incredibly awesome mounting, including even a hook for sticking into the wall should I need it. The print was packaged incredibly well, probably the best packing I have ever seen after hundreds of prints and *** deliveries of all sorts.

The acrylic surface was protected with a blue film, and the print color and contrast was exactly the same as the online version. Important in my case because it was a difficult combination of colors.

I have 5-6 more prints to make, and I will be ordering from them to get these done.

I ordered a large 20x60 acrylic print which was a custom size. It was produced within a week and then shipped immediately. It arrived in a wooden crate expertly packaged.

The quality of the print is excellent and there were no flaws in the acrylic mount process. The hanging hardware on the back is also very well done. I had ordered a similar print from another company that didn't use the dibond backer and I won't go back. The dibond is so much more stable.

Overall this was an outstanding process. The shipping was a bit expensive, but I realize I was receiving a large wooden crate.

I would have like the option to have gone a little bigger than the print sizes provided.

Also, I wasn't as thrilled with the metallic paper printed on, would have wished I had more of an understanding and description of what this would do to the print

We have messaging regarding this in several places but will review our website to see how we can maybe make this more clear to our customers. Regarding the metallic paper I have reviewed your image and actually would have recommended this paper given the vibrant blue of the water in the image. The metallic paper is an extremely popular combination with the acrylic paper that doesn't change the color but gives the image a bit more depth. Sorry to hear you weren't 100% satisfied with it.
