The ordering process is easy, the quality of the product excellent and the customer service first rate!

I really have noting to complain about whatsoever, Bumblejax have been great with every order I've placed.

My one recommendation to other customers though: if ordering acrylic, pay the extra to get the polished edges. They really do improve the look of the final product a great deal.

The product quality is amazing! I ordered a large format print on acrylic, and the results are beyond words. The product got damaged in the shipping process, and I was shipped a new print quickly, Corey and Tate are simply the best, the whole thing was a great experience. Great quality and client service! If you want only the best, than I would highly recommend Bumblejax.

Being able to see a large electronic mock-up of the crop and how it will work on the chosen print size would be preferable (and is common even on low-end photo printers' sites). An employee emailed me one, which was nice, but it should be readily viewable on the site.
Also, there was no indicator of what the hanging mechanism of my print was going to look like. There should be at least one photo of the back of a finished print.
