Thank you for the feedback! We'll admit ordering a custom size isn't quite as quick and efficient as ordering a stocked, standard size. We are currently developing and testing custom size ordering online and hope to roll that out early next year.

The quality of the finished product was as I expected and it looks beautiful. I have it hanging in my office and looks very inviting. The delivery was timely and came well packaged to prevent any damage from transportation and the elements. It is expensive, so make sure you have the correct picture that you want mounted in this manner! A non-glare acrylic would be a welcome addition to show off the picture better.
