I think the whole service was very good and I liked dealing with the staff. I would like to see some improvement in terms of communications, specifically I would like to get notified when things are "stuck" in production or at least taking longer then usual. t took quite a while for my work to arrive (date of order: Nov 19, Ship date: Dec 1st, Arrived: Dec 11)

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We reviewed your order to see what may have happened and see that your custom order was shipped right on time (6-8 biz days). Please remember the Thanksgiving holiday period which would set it back a couple days on our end. I also see that unfortunately FedEx was a couple days later than usual in delivering it to you which unfortunately is out of our hands and can happen to due to weather, back up in deliveries, etc. This is rare though, and in the future, custom orders can be expected a few days faster.

The staff at BumbleJax were great. They were so helpful and accessible all the time from beginning to end. Improvements can be made on how materials are shipped, especially the padding needs to be more secure and thicker when packing more than one piece at a time. Otherwise, I would use them again and also recommend them to others.

Thank you for the feedback and glad you're generally happy! Regarding the packing we spend a lot of time on this and have consulted with experts to decrease the rate of shipping damage. Damage is rare, but if it does happen we replace it immediately. We did rush out a new piece and covered expedited shipping as well to make sure it arrived for the show.

Absolutely superb print quality at a reasonable price. I have been an avid photographer since the 1980's, and I have also managed a retail photography store in the Washington, DC, area. I have handled many thousands of large photographic prints for both amateur and professional photographers. The print quality and service from Bumblejax is outstanding.
