I stumbled on BumbleJax while conducting research for photo printing mediums beyond paper and canvas. What a great find! After an informative and pleasant online chat with a support representative I ordered an acrylic "proof". All I could say about the proof was WOW! Better than my expectations. Their service is top notch, standard turn-around time was great and the end product is gorgeous. I will be ordering again!

I had a custom 16x26 image printed on metallic paper and mounted on 1/8 acrylic and it looks incredible. Turn around time was a little over a week. My first order as a professional photographer was 50% off. I plan using Bumblejax for many more projects. I highly recommend them if you want your images turned into to pieces of art.

I was pleased with the whole process and especially with the emails that let you know where in the stage process the artwork was at. The only real complaint I have was I noticed that on one of the larger pieces I purchased the laminate in the upper right hand corner was not laying down, but creased. Not sure where in the process of either making it or packaging it the issue arrived, it's small enough that I just smoothed it back down and one would have to look pretty closely to see it. I wonder if there wasn't something you could slide onto the corners of the artwork as soon as it's made and inspected and then only to be taken off by the client once it arrives.

We have strict quality controls and spend a lot of time on packaging to make sure they arrive safe, so not sure what happened here.
