    I was able to get a list of attorneys in the ARAG network quickly and I was able to resolve my issue easily. It could be better if I was given more information about my case on the phone when I contacted ARAG but I learned the details once I have met the attorney. It was a good experience in general.

    Service provided was excellent. Major disappointment was that my geographical area (Hawaii island) had no network attorneys and I was forced to go outside the network for assistance which significantly reduced my claim benefits. However, I will retain ARAG as it is a good program
