was very quick and except for the time it took to get an appointment with our chosen attorney.

overall a great service. 2 of the 3 legal services needed were not covered at 100%. Wish more items were covered or bigger discount.

Found on-line and customer care rep very helpful. Have used an attorney for one of my issues and VERY satisfied. It was great to have a suggested contact rather than picking from the "yellow pages.

I have had the pleasure with working with two attorneys through ARAG....both on different levels/issues. Both times I have had excellent customer service. Overall I am extremely grateful for this program. I will carry ARAG throughout my State Service Career. And if able, into my Retirement.

Of the list I was provided only 1 attorney actually called me back. 1 had moved and 2 others did not return my calls.

so far everything is as good as I could expect. I am just starting my voyage with this legal process and can only expect that the rest of the voyage will go as smooth as things up till now..
