Very satisfied, but issue not yet completed. Interested and waiting for completion of will.

There was only one hiccup but it was with the participating attorney and ARAG helped in that situation as best they could. In the end I had to pay more out but it could easily have been a lot more.

I have not really had thr opportunity to use arag but one thing I did not like about the plan is that my divorce was not covered because it was ongoing when I called to use the service and I was not able to use an out of network attorney.

I am sure the ARAG service is a great service. Please do a better job of selecting attorneys for the Provider Network.

Satisfied, however, ARAG should remove attorneys that receive low ratings.
