Before shipping the package that they receive from the manufacturer on to you, at a date of your choosing, TDH checks to make sure that everything is in order. That's what I call service and convenience, and was also a big factor for me in choosing TDH. Many other vendors will simply 'drop ship' directly to your address, and leave you to deal with the manufacturer or customs if there are any issues.
