piper doll eirian. some of the parts are cheaply made. the digits on hands and legs are made out of wires rather than joints, that twist at unnatural angles and have a history of breaking off after a short time, requiring cutting into the tpe to repair or replace them. the legs are even cheaper than hands, as while hands have a wire for each finger, the legs only have a wire for the big toe. the feet are pretty small, which creates a posing problem. coupled with rather weak ankle joints means the doll can't stand on its own and needs to lean on something (with something soft under it to prevent tpe deformation when stored) all the time, otherwise it falls over under its own weight. but other than those, the doll is good.

Excellent. Dealing with the Doll House was an excellent experience all around. From my initial contact where I had some pre-sales questions, through to the ordering process itself, and finally some post-sales questions. It was dealt with smoothly and professionally. For me, even more impressive was that this was all being done over the Christmas/New Year period. The service offered by *** is second-to-none, and many could take lessons in how to treat customers from him! I was kept in the loop through the whole process, and my doll arrived safely and exactly as ordered. I will have no hesitation in using The Doll House again should the desire arise.
