I found this vendor via the doll forum, and also mentioned on 'TFM' channel on you tube. *** has given interviews on there and I knew his voice as soon as he answered the phone. I had issues and just a few facts about the doll I was thinking of purchasing from him. He answered all my queries concisely. we ended up on the phone talking shop for an hour, I thanked him and made my purchase. within hours he text me to make sure all boxes were ticked correctly. It took 39 days in total for my order to arrive at the door step because it was a custom build from Z-onedoll, but every step of the way I had texts and email on the progress. Even when an express delivery from TNT went south, he still managed to find a refund on the late delivery (NOT his fault) and we have spoken since... DO NOT BE AFFRAID TO SPEAK... this guy knows his subject very well and is a vendor I would use again when this little lady is paid off...
