    I'm finally able to contact drinksdirect.co.uk. The staff who answered the phone was very helpful. Provided me the name of the courier and the consignment number. Checked that the product has been delivered to my friend next working day. However, I really have to comment that I have checked my email inbox and even spam mailbox many times. I have only received the email confirming my order. I haven't received the dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number or any replies to my enquiries. So please kindly look into this matter in the future. Thank you.
