    Easy to use website, prompt confirmation by email, and overnight delivery exactly as promised, except that the so-called "tracking" link was void of useful information. I was quite irritated at being required to sign that the package had been delivered in good condition, while the driver would not allow me time to actually check the contents ? glass being, well, breakable and all that. An email to the delivery company about that has (so far) not had a reply.

    I was after a decent sparkling Shiraz, and that is exactly what I received. Well done, plus I could use my Paypal account to pay, so , if it had not have worked out, I would have been able to get my money back. I shall definitely use DrinksDirect again, many thanks.
