I would give BumbleJax more stars if I could. Every experience/conversation I had with them was so helpful, personal, professional, informative and efficient. Truly the costumer care you hope every business would have. I found them online, and loved their website and decided to try them out. I would happily tell anyone to use them. I have been using Bumblejax for a couple of years now for gallery quality face mounted acrylic prints. They are excellent in their service, always responsive and prompt. All the prints I have ordered (>20) have come on time and are packed professionally. When I have had to interact with the team at Bumblejax they have all been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My only suggestion is that I wish I could keep a credit card on file so that each order or change to an order did not require me to pay a unique invoice -- sometimes I am on the road and away from computers. Other than that they are the best printer I have used.

Dealing with the company and quality of service and product excellent. I was happy to see the results the 1/2" acrylic provided I thought it added depth to the picture. I would like the mounting to be closet to the wall best would be a frame that was flush with the wall with the understanding the acrylic must protrude from the frame.

I tried Bumblejax on a whim, I gave them two photos just to see how they would come out, both about 24x18. I was extremely pleased with both photos, one was 1/8 the other was 1/4, one done on silk and the other on metallic. Both came out better than I expected, since then I have placed another order, and will be doing more with this company. The turnaround time is very good, the packing is excellent. Their pricing is a little high, but as with many things you get what you pay for. I will be using them for some time...
