They manage to make top quality prints and frames and when requests are made they delivered this time for me, free of charge. Maybe I was lucky? or that's how fast and good they're team is at making prints. I like they're attention to the customer and they're hunger for always finding new ways of improving the business they are in. That's something anyone can admire, cause you know they are looking to improve and at the same time treat the customer with the utmost service.

I had an excellent experience having an acrylic print made with Bumblejax: (1) Before I even placed an order I sent a digital photo to Bumblejax, and received back an enhanced version at no charge; (2) the company was responsive to my questions (e-mail and telephone); (3) I received e-mails telling me on what date my order shipped and on what date it was delivered; (4) the final acrylic print arrived in a timely manner and I was pleased with the result; (5) Bumblejax has special products available to maintain acrylic in good condition without damaging it. The only problem I ran into was the limited choice for acrylic thickness for the size print I wanted. The standard thickness was quite wide making for a rather heavy block—to get a thinner block would have required custom manufacture (which is available as an option, though).

After having a truly horrible time with a Canadian company that does acrylic prints, it was great to find a company with really good customer service.

Fabulous acrylic treatment of my photograph. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Bumblejax work and timely delivery. It was very easy to upload and communicate with them as well. I would recommend them to my photography friends. In fact, I just did so a hour ago. My only issue is the cost and shipping fee. Not unusual pricing however.
