I had ordered an acrylic print from another supplier and was very disappointed. I ordered from Bumblejax- the customer service before ordering reviewed my photo to ensure it would print all key points of the photo- they were very helpful and the acrylic print is amazing. Spend the extra money if you want a quality piece of art- it is worth it. We love it and no flaws.

Support was awesome

Support was awesome. I was concerned my nightscapes may be too dark. After calling they assured me they could make small adjustments if needed and that they would let me know if they needed me to make more adjustments to the originals. I got a call later just to let me know they had printed all my shots and that they were good to go.My acrylic mounted prints showed up very well protected. The product is absolutely beautiful and extremely well put together. Will definitely use them for future fine display prints!

I ordered two photos from Bumblejax, one before Christmas and one after. Both were gifts for my daughter. Even though it was the busy Christmas Season, Bumblejax's customer service people reviewed my order, clarified my questions, suggested a way to improve the appearance of the picture and made the substitution without charging me for the addition. After Christmas when I wanted a similar picture made, they provided me with the specifics of the first picture so that the two pictures would make a handsome pair. Great customer service and a great product! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I ordered a 15x20 Acrylic on metallic paper. The result was stunning. This was a difficult photo as it was a night-time shot and was very dark. Bumblejax worked with me, in almost real-time, as I lightened the image and submitted multiple copies until they felt that the image would produce an acceptable result. The product was packaged very securely and arrived in time as a gift for the holidays. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bumblejax in the future.

i started researching this company in 2016 as well as a number of others on the internet to see who had the best quality and price. at the end of the day these guys came through with flying colors. i currently have two exhibitions going on in boston and i had @bumblejax do the framing for both. i could not be happier with the results. they are all 24x36 with 1/4 acrylic mount and people keep saying how amazing they look. so happy i decided to work with them. Packaging, Communication, Customer Service... everything was great! A+++
