I ordered a 20 X 30 acrylic print of a photo I shot of Mt. Shuksan along with 3 acrylic block panorama's of Crater lake and a acrylic block portrait of friends at Mt. Baker. I was immediately impressed by the customer service in that shortly after I submitted my order I was contacted by email regarding a flaw they found in one of my photo's and suggestions on how to correct it. They also followed up to confirm the error was corrected after I resubmitted the photo. I picked up my order at the showroom and was again impressed at the facility for its apparent cleanliness as well as how my order was packaged despite that I was picking the order up myself. The finished product exceeded expectations. I have a copy of the photo of Shuksan that was done by a competitor also in acrylic and while it was very good it paled in comparison to the print from Bumblejax. Don't let the price scare you away, this place really produces an outstanding product, I will be ordering again.

This was my first order with Bumblejax. I was impressed with the apparent care that they took with my order, I received a follow-up email shortly after the acknowledgement regarding some concerns over a fault in one of my photographs with instructions on how to correct and resubmit it and a confirming email after I had resubmitted the photo confirming that the quality met their standards. I am fussy but I think they went above and beyond with this level of customer service. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product as are the people who now have the finished prints in their homes. I also had one of the photos printed by a competitor in the same size and configuration and while that print (1/4" acrylic, 20/30") was very good it paled in comparison to the print done in the same configuration by Bumblejax. My only reservation is the price but then you get what you pay for.
