My acrylic with metallic paper art piece was stunning! The metallic paper made the black and white photograph very vibrant. The order procedure was easy and explanation for each part of making your individual artwork was detailed. I would definitely recommend BumbleJax to family and friends. Especially my fellow photographers.... Job well done.

Easy order process, all needed information easily available. As this was an odd ball order I called and spoke to a rep.; immediate, knowledgable answer. The prints were immaculately done. the mounting perfect, and the hanging system well done. These were important prints to me and I'm glad I had them done by Bumblejax.

My recent order was on behalf of a client, who, because it was easiest, paid you, the printer directly. Before we committed there were a number of issues that, I suspect, were caused by vague language on the website. We pointed the issues out, and worked through the problems. I don't know if the web language was changed as a result.

I also don't know what communication you had with my client, but there was virtually no communication with me, who brought you the work. I don't know, for instance, whether any small edits were made to the image before printing. This was a 40x60 acrylic print so it wasn't a small piece. I didn't hear that it was finished, I didn't hear that it was delivered. Fortunately, my client likes the piece and sent me a picture of it hung, after she received it.

Dance studio was thrilled with the way it turned out. They said, "they look like they could jump off of it." They hung the print in the most trafficked area of the studio so people could see it when they came in. It truly is a focal piece in their dance studio. They said they would only ever order acrylic prints from Bumblejax!
