I am a fairly detailed and technical-minded person and would only use a printing service that can do fine art quality printing. Bumblejax did an amazing job from first assigning me an account manager (***) to delivering a finished product. I had a dozen detailed questions for *** to evaluate whether I could use Bumblejax in a long-term relationship.*** answered all my questions with ease and worked with me by phone, email, and in person to get a print that I was satisfied with. Bumblejax provides top-notch service, and I recommend them whether you shoot with an iPhone, are a serious amateur, or a consummate professional.

I ordered a metal print of an acrylic painting of mine. The people at Bumblejax were super responsive, very helpful, very friendly, and went above and beyond from start to finish: 1. I started with questions about what I was experiencing with a different print company, and the rep (Tate) at Bumblejax was patient and thoughtful on guiding me thru starting that work at Bumblejax. Then, fast forward to pick-up, where the two owners of the company gave me a mini tour of the space, talked me through some of their printing processes, and (one of the guys) even hand-delivered the print to my car. So, end-to-end processing. I really appreciate the way they do business.
