I absolutely love the portrait and quality of product. The Bumblejax employee I spoke with directed me to helpful third party website that allowed me to create a custom template for the photos I wanted to include. It's a gift for my mom's 75th birthday, and I feel like I had more creative involvement with the layout, and I wouldn't have been able to do that without your employee helping me...and you guys produced a beautiful product!!

This was my first experience going with BumbleJax. And my experience went smoothly. Everyone was accommodating and kind. My order was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would definitely use your services again and recommend you to other artists.

I was wonderfully impressed by the product I received from Bumblejax. I ordered a 50x33 acrylic print and not only did it come out beautifully with the colors just right and nice quality, but the packaging and protection was unlike anything I've ever received from another company. It came in a fully wooden box with foam pieces glued all around the edges as well as a protective film, which is so much better than how other companies use a plain cardboard box and no other protection (I have received many damaged prints that way!). Overall the product delivered is fantastic. The one thing that could be improved is the ordering process and website navigation, as it is a bit complicated and antiquated. Personally I found Bayphoto's website/ordering process to be very easy, so I would recommend modeling after that platform.
