    Excellent high end product, would not hesitate to offer their service to other photographic professionals. The face mounted acrylics I recently ordered are just gorgeous. The customer service is to be applauded, my inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and thoroughly. My only wish is that they were located closer to me so I wouldn't have to rely on cross country shipping. .

    I had already ordered my 1” block photo, but wanted a larger size, so I inquired by text ~ I’d like to say how amazed I was when someone “ACTUALLY” took the time to reply to my text msg (quickly) with an answer and directions on how to order the larger photo block by following their instructions to another link they sent me. The link was easy - peasy.
    Upon receiving my BUMBLEJAX photo, it was packaged with care, and lots of protection! Even the 1” block was protected with a peel-off blue film.
    The recipient of the photo block LOVED her gift !!!! I purchased a smaller version of the same photo for her daughter.
    I’m very happy with the customer service, the care they took in packing 2 photo blocks, and later asking me if my order was satisfactory. It’s more than satisfactory!!!
    The only tiny suggestion I have is, I wish another printed ‘note of precaution when cleaning’ was taped to the second photo block, as it’s the exact same print but different size and going to another recipient in another state.
