    I would like more explanation of why you limit the size of some photos, (I guess it is the pixel count, but it i snot clear).

    The prints seem a tad expensive and there was no sign of a repeat buying or multi print order.

    Hi, thank you for your review. Your feedback is much appreciated. The size of the print is limited by the resolution of your image unfortunately. Photos taken from an iPhone or older camera typically can't be blown up very large. We can use software to increase resolution, but only to a certain point. One option, would be to have your small print professionally scanned to a higher res file. This is something we may offer in house sometime this year.

    You can definitely reorder prints you have purchased in the past as well as order multiple prints in a single order. To reorder, just login to your account, go to My Orders, and hit the reorder link. To order multiple prints, once you have an image configured in your shopping cart, just hit the "continue shopping" button at the left and then upload and configure another image.

    Ha, yes the blue film is a protective film over the print to avoid scratches during shipping. We had a few complaints about a "terrible blue color" .. so we needed to make it more clear it's not the print, it's the protection and needs to be removed!

    I have no suggestions for areas of improvement. The website is easy to navigate and understand, the online help was very useful and responsive, and the email communications were great every step of the way. The final product looked amazing as well! I highly recommend Bumblejax!
