As a first time purchase in the acrylic medium, I wasn't sure what to expect. In the past with other companies I've ordered canvas and metal prints of my art work for myself, galleries and clients. I ordered from Bumblejax after having watched the acrylic process video. It was thorough and intriguing. Couldn't be happier with my first "trial" purchase and have already ordered a very large piece for a client. After going through the customer feedback section of the Bumblejax web site, I had very high expectations for my first order. I'm new to Photoshop and created a 16x20 image that combined a couple images as a background with the text from a speech overlaid and really wasn't sure how it would come out.. It is a graduation present for my son.

Here's my experience.. order process was simple and intuitive. Expectations set for processing and shipping were clearly communicated and delivered on time as promised. I slowly opened the well-wrapped package, hoping the image would mirror the mental-image I had envisioned.... WOW! you guys exceeded my expectations!
