I recently purchased a 20"x30" acrylic print from BumbleJax. I received my picture on-time and only had one issue with the picture (bubbles in between the photo and the acrylic). I contacted their support email and Corey fixed everything up within minutes of me emailing them. Corey also took the time to explain the cause of this rare situation and was EXTREMELY helpful. BumbleJax has a great thing going and I am very appreciative of their customer service!

The quality of the acrylic mounted pictures I ordered are just what I hoped for. I let Bublejax know I would be traveling when the shipment would normally arrive and asked that the shipment be delayed a week. I received a friendly note saying that they would be happy to do so, and my order was delivered as requested. I had the opposite experience with a competing supplier where I placed a similar order for comparison purposes, where I also requested a delay in shipment. In that case the supplier ignored me and the shipment got fouled up.

I appreciate the personal touch at Bumblejax and will use only Bumblejax in the future.

I had several prints done on the aluminum backing and absolutely love the sleek, modern look of them on the wall. I hope to gradually fill the wall with prints of the family through the years and love the idea of the cohesive look that bumblejax's aluminum-backed prints will provide.
