Highly recommend Bumblejax. The end product was extremely beautiful with crisp colors, great resolution and a high quality finish. Packaging was very thorough and precise, and I appreciate that mounting hardware was included (not the case for other competitors). The biggest differentiator however was the customer service - I was able to have a direct conversation then personal text dialogue with the customer service rep which was extremely helpful. He was able to address real time questions, make recommendations on optionality and was extremely responsive. Best part was that he was able to take a 7 year old iPhone photo and make it look like a museum quality piece (at a size of almost 30x40). The responsiveness, personalized service and guidance through a myriad of options was a clear differentiator from competitors, and the pricing for the quality and service was very fair. I highly, highly recommend Bumblejax!!

I have used Bumblejax several times in the past for pictures. They have always provided excellent quality on everything they have done for me on on time as promised. Their packaging for shipment of their products is the best quality I have ever seen. So there has been absolutely no damage during shipping. I would recommend Bumblejax to everyone.

Tate at Bumblejax is fantastic to work with. He was very helpful and gave candid advice which actually ended up costing less than the options I originally selected. You cant ask for better service. The acrylic prints arrived in a wooden box which survived shipment across the US without issue. This is even after the carrier slammed it down as he was getting it out of the truck!
