    I think the customer service was 5 star, the product was 5 star. I feel the product is to expensive and wont be ordering again. I often times sell my art and can't sell it for the price bumblejax charges.

    Hi, once again our apologies. About 1% of the time, we forget to add that acrylic cleaner to the package. A lot to think about back there in production and it happens. We mailed one out right away with priority mailing and looks like it arrived on the 28th. Thanks again for the order.

The finished product shipped using great packaging comes perfect to my front door. Thank you for your attention to detail and very quick turnaround, my clients and I are delighted with the photos.
