I have to say I was 100% impressed by both the service, and their product! I've dealt with numerous online companies to get prints and/or framing, and hadn't ever found a good fit... Their prices are very fair, their speed was outstanding, and the level of service far eclipsed any other company I've ever worked with...

I had previously ordered an acrylic block that I wasn't satisfied with and Bumblejax support was EXCELLENT! You can rest assured that if there is a problem with your print Bumblejax will make it right.

As for the acrylic block, I now have 3 blocks (square, rectangle and pano). The pano ratio is hard to find from any other manufacture, so if you are looking for a 1 inch thick acrylic pano, Bumblejax is where it's at.

I found that the blocks have slightly less contrast and more brightness (especially if backlight) than when viewed on my computer. My personal advice is to subtly lower the brightness and increase the contrast of your photo/picture before sending to Bumblejax. Also increasing the saturation is great for the acrylic face mounted display.

Regarding the metallic paper, I found that other metallic paper (kodak) offers a more glossy and metallic pop effect than the one offered by Bumblejax. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but the metallic option adds only a subtle "popping" effect.

As a fine art photographer always seeking innovative methods, I have begun to exhibit and place acrylic prints in outdoor settings, to great effect.

Prior to acrylic display, I experimented with dye sub images on rolled steel but between UV fading and ink degradation, the prints had a short half-life.

Your expert assistance has been appreciated - including the phone call from one of your printers suggesting I burn in some background "noise". I asked if he could do it. He did, and the 24x24 inch image was perfect.

Few print-makers would bother to assist in such a personal way. Bumblejax has been exactly what I have been seeking for my outdoor placement project.

Excellent customer service. One small issue with the acrylic prints. It appears that BEFORE the prints were packed a VERY small dent was made on two items.

It would be nice if the person doing the packing had noticed this before it shipped, I would have not bothered to ship back either print, because the damage was not visible one the prints were hung, but to have been notified about it would have been better.

Fantastic customer service provided by both *** on live chat and *** through emails.
Both of these guys went out of their way to make sure that my prints were how i wanted them and when i made an error they did what they could to help me fix the issue.
I will definitely use Bumblejax again and have already recommended them to a lot of my fellow photographer friends
