I used *** to order my Acrylic blocks but due to their prices hikes for the product and the cost of over $60 to ship an 8x12 acrylic block to Canada just made me sick and I went out looking for a new vendor. I am extremely happy with the product and will continue to use you in the future. Do you offer a permanent discount for my business if I use you as a preferred vendor for my products?

Ordering, customer service and final product are stellar. It's fantastic to work with the Bumblejax team. For most of my fine art production, I like to be face to face with my producers. Bumblejax is in another state, which makes this difficult. However, the speed of response to my queries as well as the through answers I receive make it almost like I'm at the shop. I ordered several prints. First, I was very happy with the results. Metal, bamboo and Lucite all are different, but all look great with appropriate photos. Second, ordering standard sizes/services is very easy. Third, ordering special (custom) sizes tool a few emails back-and-forth, but still was very easy.

Packaging/shipping was excellent. I just wish that it didn't take so long, but that's thye necessary result of custom work.

Overall. I am totally happy with the results and the experience. Highly recommended!
