This was the first time that I did business with Bumblejax. My order consisted of purchasing a proof to determine the relative quality of the company's work. I was very satisfied with the product. I also was very satisfied with the speed with which my order was processed as well as the packaging in which it arrived. I would recommend Bumblejax to others.

The framing is absolutely beautiful! Just what I hoped for.
However, the quality of the printing of the photo is not the best. I sent a high resolution file from my wedding photographer that I have used to professionally print this photo before. This print is definitely subpar compared to the professionally printed photograph I have, the colors and lighting are dull and not as crisp. If I'd known this I would have preferred to just submit a high quality print myself and have BumbleJax just frame it for me.

Please note there can be differences due to paper type and comparing one to another can certainly yield different results. Very impressed. Fast service and excellent quality products. I had 3 prints done, one for my wife and myself, and one for each of our mothers. Everyone thinks they are excellent. In addition to order confirmation, they also provide tracking updates via email, so you don't have to check on the delivery of your package. The packages all arrived in perfect shape and were carefully packaged.
