The order procedure is good and customer support was responsive. I have some custom print sizes and am glad to see that this has been incorporated into the order process. The turn around time was good, and much faster than my previous order, which was much smaller, so I guess some changes were made.

As for improvements, most are likely on my side. Some of my prints (not all) were a tad dark. I have uploaded images to the site, not checked out, had to close the browser, came back and the images were no longer uploaded.

I can't give enough praise for the bumblejax quality and service. My acrylic print looks outstanding! Ive ordered metal prints from other vendors and this stands far above. The attention to detail, ease of use on their site when ordering, safe shipping methods, and quick product turn around time from time of ordering were all fantastic. But what counts most is the final product which is hands down the best I've seen in the years I've been doing this. Bravo, i will be a frequently returning customer! Thanks.

I honestly have no suggestions for improvement! Their website is simple, easy to understand, and leads you through the process easily! I received my acrylic blocks about 9 days later... Which included holidays! I gave them as gifts and everyone loved them! My mom also used Bumblejax for a gift for me... I absolutely love it - what a treasure!

Bumblejax exceeded my expectations in the quality of its products and its customer service. We need more companies like Bumblejax!

When I informed Bumblejax that I never received my order from UPS, Tate from Bumblejax's customer service contacted UPS and initiated an investigation. Tate assured me that I would receive my order either by UPS finding the package or Bumblejax making another copy. At this time, Bumblejax refunded the shipping charge. When UPS deemed that the first order was ultimately lost, Bumblejax proceeded to make a copy. It also refunded my purchase of which I was pleasantly surprised. When I finally received my order, I was in awe on how PERFECT my print in acrylic came out. It is something that I will enjoy for the rest of my life.
